At Watch Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping marks are completely covered or removed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
